The sales person was rude. Although we had mad an appointment online they said it didn't matter there were several walk in ahead of us. I'm not sure why to even bother making an appointment then. We were told they have no way of seeing what appointments are made or letting the system know how many they have waiting in the shop

I have been a customer here for 3 years now. I take 5 cars here for tires, oil changes, and brakes. I was VERY displeased that I had to spend $157 on a new tire today. I bought the tire in February of this year. The tire was flat from a nail directly in the middle of the tread. I was told that since the tire is now discontinued, even though it was not discontinued when I purchased it, I would need to purchase a new tire. Robbie gave me $100 off the new tire and acted as if he was doing me a favor. I have another vehicle I need to get 4 new tires on, and will be spending over $1,000. I am seriously considering taking my $1,000 to your competition. It is frustrating to be treated this way. I have given Goodyear a number of chances, and since I live within walking distance, it is the most convenient places to take my vehicle, but I am only willing to put up with so much poor customer service.
