We hosted our party at chuck e cheese and it was pricey but the service was really good.

Food was ok. Bathrooms were not clean. You could tell most of th staff don't like their job and are just there because they have to be. Overall, kids had fun. And it wasn't as crowded as it usually is when I go so that's a plus

The bathroom needed toilet seat covers replaced and when I ordered a beer the checker had to wait for a manager to pour it and it took awhile for a manager to come out.

I was very disappointed to arrive and was not able to sit down at any of the tables in front of the stage. The manager said that it was all reserved for a party of 100 but there was no party of 100 that arrived, instead there were 10. Most of the tables were empty for most of the day.
