They were very courteous to pick me up and drop me off at the shop where my vehicle was being repaired, but the cleanliness of the vehicle was something left to be desired. It also smelled very musky. It also wasn't really proportionate to the type of vehicle I had in the shop. I mention this, because it was a replacement vehicle from the insurance company of the driver who rear ended me.
