The inside was just very disorganized.

Due to bad weather and questionable directions, we ended up in a bad area. The worker was nice, but I only pumped $5 worth so I could get out as quickly as possible without running out of gas. Run down and old more than dirty but i really wish I had a way to clean my hands after the pump.
