We stayed here for a weekend trip to Dollywood. Our son got sick in the middle of the night and the wonderful desk clerk was so nice. She even helped us clean it. We had a wonderful experience here and will return. The location is great as well. Right in front of a Kroger as well.

Clean & spacious rooms. Just need a bigger breakfast area. Great overall!

All went very well except their A/C policy. The room cuts back on A/C when you leave the room, taking at least an hour to recover upon return. The breakfast bar is top notch , tho '

The hotel and staff were very nice. The staff was willing to help in any way to make sure you were taken care of.

The fire alarm went off twice (bc of an overheated oven) and the pillows hurt our head. Other than that, the breakfast was good and the room was nice. The lobby was clean too. Oh! And the bird downstairs was a nice touch! Even though it was just an advertisement for the parrot attraction, I still enjoyed it!
