The show that we attended was very popular with elderly people yet I saw many struggling to climb the stairs both up and down and heard of no offers of an alternative way to reach the balcony area. The show was absolutely wonderful.

Went for a TV game show, overall the places was crowded and there was no real form of direction. Everyone was everywhere. I wish they would've had more more involvement with the direction of the crowd
