Holiday Valley is one of the best ski resorts in the area, but this time it was icy and poor conditions. It hasn't snowed in a while and the weather has been weird so it wasn't the ski resort's fault. Everything else was great!

The person we dealt with at the front desk was very rude and not helpful when we inquired about taking a shuttle up to the sky high ride or into town later that night. She also was unable to give us any information about why there were no shuttles running last night, then we saw a holiday valley shuttle later that evening picking other guests up so we were upset. The other staff we dealt with at the pool and outdoor bar were pleasant and helpful.
