Jada is wonderful and always remembers me. I like that the staff is consistent and friendly. The Bistro bartender (don't know his name but works eves) is also great. One night I called for a 5:15 am wake up call that never came. Unsure who took the call. Additionally, upon arrival I always ask if a room with a balcony is available and was told the hotel was sold out. I came to find out that one of the attendees at my training got a room with a balcony. Ive been staying here at least twice a month for almost 2 years and was disappointed to find this out. I will be back there next week so I will ask again.

Nice lobby. Food expensive!
