Hertz Car Rental

The attendant was very friendly and tried her best to find me other car options. My being unhappy with the selection has nothing to do with the quality of customer service.

only one person working counter and about 20 people in line. paid for compact car but think they gave me economy with the Prius C. will challenge them upon return. was in no mood after waiting for an hour after a very long flight at 1 am

Cars are not as clean as they should be

I usually have a so-so experience with Hertz customer service because they're not that great, but this time I was ignored for conversations about a television, or lack there of, in the store.
