enjoy using the plenti card

Manager is snotty. Not directly at me but to the other customers in the store. To worried about other people's business than running the store. The clerk that waited on me was wonderful! Great sales! Love the plenti card but don't always get the bonus points that I spend extra to get.

Manager waited on me, very snotty! I guess I was wasting her time.

Went out of my way to go to Exxon to use my plenti card at the pump to purchase gas. The pump wouldn't read the plenti card. I told the clerk and she said they're machines sometimes they don't work. I paid more for gas then I would have across town and missed out on my plenti points.

The manage was yelling at another employee right in front of the customers. I thought it was very unprofessional. If you need to reprimand an employee either wait until the store is empty or do it in a back room with the door closed.
