The employees there have changed, therefore the quality of customer service has changed too. Each time I go now, there are no less than four middle aged, middle eastern men crowded inside the small quarters of that station... this time there were six. There are usually two behind the glass and two more standing behind customers, talking over their heads. This place is also starting to have a bad odor, which I discovered today was one of the men's body odor-- It makes me not want to buy anything in here to eat anymore. None the less, the interior was clean and neat as usual and I had no direct issues w/ any of the men. The cashier did neglect to apply my "Plenti Rewards" membership number to my purchase even though he took my card and told me he'd done it. After showing him that there was no indication of it being done on my receipt, he cancelled the transaction and did it again. He
