Inconsistent service due to the staff I wish they could all be on board with kind service like the Gal I had for this trip and the young man that works here .

When there is a line even of three people if two employees are behind the counter they should both help customers or one should leave the area. It makes it appear as though they do not put the customers first.

I'd like to strongly recommend the staff allow customers the opportunity to present their ID before rudely demanding it. If customers are locating it in their bags give them a chance or POLITELY request if needed . The rude request drives customers away as several customers discussed this In The line .
