Great stock of firearms and knowledgeable staff. Clearly genuine, Donald's knowledge of product was excellent and his ability to help me, others in store as well directing his staff really made me aware of what an asset he must be for your company. I have made multiple purchases there (firearms and other merchandise)and am sure I will make more. This pawn store was one of the first I have ever visited- I really didn't know what to expect. I am a customer for life and have recommended many friends to check you out-most have already made purchases!

i bought a guitar and left without getting the case that it came in. I returned a day later to get the case. I was told there was no case. it states on the receipt that it comes with a case. it was sold or pawned to you with a case. it says so in the description that was put in your system when you got it. I know this because I sold two guitars to you without cases and it was stated on my receipt that there was no cases. the sales person tried to satisfy me by giving me soft case that was way to big because it was for a bass guitar. why was I not given the correct case? if it had been sold then they should have given me hard shell case that the guitar would fit in. other than that I enjoyed my time in your store. thanks.
