I had an issue with one of my tires on my way home from work. I stopped in and the associate came out to my vehicle and got some info and got on the computer to check if my tires were in stock. My tires aren’t common and I know they are hard to get and usually need to be ordered. They had them in stock at the warehouse and he sent someone immediately to go pick them up. Mind you this is at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. He assured me he’d get the tires quickly and get to work. He delivered on his promise and I was happy with the cost, professionalism and service. He informed me at checkout that my vehicle was way out of alignment and that was probably the cause of the wear on my tires. Kudos to everyone at the Big O in Anaheim on East La Palma.

I had been told by other tire shops that I needed a specific size that is incredibly hard to find and only had 2 options. Gary saw that I had selected a snow tire (unknowingly) and called. He saved me easily 400 dollars and explained that the size tire I had on my car was fine and someone did me a huge favor by not using the size indicated on the door panel. Amazing service and I'm glad he knew that the tires would be good on my vehicle.

Should be first priority for customers if go there for second time for same problem. There take 2 hours.and problem still didn’t fix.

They are very Eager to get you in and get your keys and just lock you in. Promising low wait times fast service which are not accurate. Once they have you trapped, they are very slow on working on your vehicle
