The birds absolutely love their suet and you can by their seed already cleaned. Then it won't leave a mess on the ground below. They also have suet and seed with red pepper to keep the squirrels out! I have bought decorative art poles there and those are still gorgeous in out S Texas broiler heat of summer! Highly recommend their products!

The store is a beautiful and the employees were super knowledgeable and friendly. The prices although higher than general retail store reflect the quality of the items purchased. I hope this store does well and we have it in our community for many years to come.

Was quickly greeted with a smile upon entering the store. I tend to like to be left alone when shopping snd when I communicated I was simply looking around, I was left alone until I was ready to ask questions. When I did ask, they were answered appropriately and eagerly!

The staff welcomes you by name like family. They send hand-written thank you notes and always remember what products you buy. They're up to speed on local birding and I love sharing conversations with each of them. They're awesome.

I was able to find what I was looking. Plus I got offered the membership that it turned out to be a great deal. I wish I could have visited sooner since I had already purchased some stuff at other retail stores.😩

The staff were helpful but not pushy. They knew their merchandise and offered helpful suggestions for opportunities In which I expressed an interest, as well as for opportunities about which I hadn't heard. The store is clean, well organized for easy browsing, and stocked with an intriguingly interesting variety of merchandise. Simply looking around gave me ideas for my feeding stations. This store is a welcome addition not only for the bird enthusiast but also for those who simply enjoy backyard bird visits.
