I scheduled an appointment for the next day, got oil change and courtesy inspection. All went well. Also, I was given some recommendations without a lot of pressure.

Prices were hard to beat, and i appreciated being able to set an appointment, not just have to wait on a "first come/first serve" basis. My time is very valuable to me especially on my vacation days.

Sales associate was courtious, kind and cheerful.
