Ernie did an amazing job. I have only had one other experience with a male masseuse (not at one of your locations) and it was atrocious. Up until Ernie, I would use a female masseuse. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Ernie and am planning on booking another massage with him. He was warm and inviting and made sure that I was comfortable. He communicated clearly to me when he would change touch locations and ensured I was okay with where he was touching.

My initial entrance into the facility was very impressive. The service that I received was very thorough and professional. The closure of my visit was well presented as for as options to purchase a plan. No pressure was placed on me when I declined the offer.
