My therapist was attentive to my needs. Conversation was kept to a minimum and it was more relaxing to focus on the massage. Any questions I had were answered completely.

My aesthetician is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. I was so relaxed that I actually feel asleep. A little advice, you should have a ringer at the front desk to alert someone is at the counter. I waited close to 20-25 minutes before the front office person greeted me.

My massage therapist, Cheryl was excellent.

Renee was very professional! He was able to get all of the tension out of my shoulders. He gave me great recommendations for maintenance with my shoulder.

This was the best facial I’ve ever had. My facialist was knowledgeable and kind. She made great recommendations and made the best use of my available services.

Every member of the staff is great. I felt welcome and my nervousness went away quickly. The place is clean and smells great, is relaxing and inviting. I did not want my appt to end. I rarely do things like this but the location and hours and specials and even regular pricing made it so I could treat myself . I will absolutely go back.

From the minute I walked in the door the receptionist Destiny was attentive & prompt. The massage therapist was great, and asked frequently if the pressure was good. The rooms were very clean. And the ambiance was relaxing.

I used to have a membership at Elements Massage. I prefer Hand and Stone (and drive farther) because the ambiance is better, facials are offered, the music is much more suitable. All the therapists I have had (two different locations) have been good, and one is absolutely outstanding (Ross at Krocks Road, Allentown PA)
