Joseph spent time talking with me, explaining the merchandise, answering questions, etc. He was very personable, helpful and provided an enjoyable experience while I was there.

Joe and his wife are very knowledgeable of the bird species that transit and stay in the areas surrounding Wichita. My wife and I are in a situation of very few trees in the immediate area due to being a new subdivision. We haven't been drawing in the birds as we expected. Joe gave me some pointers on a couple of ways to highlight the feeding station for the birds we have seen. I've been with WBU in Springfield MO and now here in Mulvane KS.

Compared to "big box" stores the seed quality is clean and varied with nearly no notable husk waste in the bag. Seed diversity meets our feeding targets.

We have always enjoyed coming into your store. We buy food and enjoy the welcome feeling we get when we come in. We are not experts in bird watching but we like to keep them fed and coming back so we can watch them around our backyard. Your staff is friendly and eager to help. We love your store!
