Big O Tires

Fair price, scheduled and completed same day. I also had previously had a tire repaired at this location and they did it well without any fee, so I knew I would come back.

The location was able to get our vehicle in quickly for service and it was completed in a very timely fashion. We were quite pleased with both the speed of the service and the helpfulness of the staff.

I wish they would have communicated price prior to fixing

Mostly the price was higher than anticipated

Everything was great with employee, how quick I was able to get in was thrilling and the changes are all great. The price increase was definitely noticed when I saw it on the credit card terminal which is the first time I knew prices had increased quite a bit from Point S. Would have preferred to have known that before the work was done especially the first time with new company. Same employees so they know its way more, would have felt more life a valued customer with a little more communication about price. It’s all good and I’ll probably keep going there like I’ve done for 20 years especially since I can get in and it’s not ridiculous wait time. The guys also seemed happier out front too and that was cool to see.

New ownership prices thur the roof

As said before, waiting over 3 hours for a tire rotation, oil change, air filter change and a tire sensor change seemed excessive. This is minor, but my seat was moved! No one else had ever done that. I can understand if they’re taking my car on a road trip, but for as little as they worked on it, I didn’t appreciate having to reset my seat. As I said, it’s minor, but quite annoying

I had one tire replaced in June and that the other 3 tires were good. I was told this time that I needed to replace all 4 tires in June based on the tread separation they were seeing

The time for the oil change was longer than I expected. In the past it has been 30-40 minutes. This time it was over an hour

A small initial miscommunication resulted in me driving away w/o my spare. I returned and everyone was accountable and apologetic. Things happen. I will return.
