They could get the tires I wanted. The tires came in when promised. They put the tires on that day and was done when I got off work.

I had two brand new tires to mount. (The other two were being shipped by FedX). My two front tires were worn out. I originally went to Les Schwab, have been a customer for quite a while. They would not mount then because my Escalade is AWD. I just walking into Big O and asked Bryce. He immediately said, of course we can. Bryce took very good care of my needs. I am extremely satisfied and I am happy to find a tire shop that actually knows what customer service is! Thank you, Big O Tires and Bryce. I did lose a center cap cover on my wheels on the way home. Called Bryce and he said, no problem and ordered a new one! Thank you for the outstanding service!

Had a screw in my tire. I had been there many times before but hadn’t purchased these tire from Big O. Mark quickly got me in and out. Great to see this store turning around for the good

Other than the price seemed a bit high for mounting balancing and installing tire sensors . Remove old tires and wheels to take home with me and put in the ones I brought, Everything else was great.

We were visiting from Texas and my vehicles battery dies. After having it jumped we made the trek to an auto parts store, which was no help at all. We called a few garages and they recommended Big O! Brian was so nice on the phone. Very willing to help and look at my vehicle and its battery. After being told by the auto parts store my battery was dead, he said he was very willing to look at it and to come on in! He was kind, patient and so helpful. He took the car immediately and into garage to test the battery and found that it was fine!!! Not dead or bad as we were told. It took no more than 20 minutes. He was amazing and very empathetic to our situation because we were heading home the next day. By far one of the best experiences I have ever had! Great store and great employee in Brian! Thank you!
