Horrible! First of all, I really dislike how your menus are set up. Don't rearrange or leave off part of the menu on your nd display. I ordered a meal at through the drive-thru, and my total was only for a soda. I politely corrected the employee. She said she would have the correct total for me at the window. Install a screen that shows my order. When I got to the window, I was given the wrong drink. When I informed the employee, she had an attitude and had to ask what my order was, literally a minute or two after I placed it. There was no one else in the drive-thru. Stop conversing with coworkers and do your job. Then when I got my food, my meal was incomplete, and my salad didn't have dressing. I was also not given any salsa. I like their food, but have had nothing but horrible service at the drive-thru at this location for a few years. Other locations are fine. This location either needs to train its employees better, or hire employees who will do their job.
