I was shown beautiful options of rings. To the store with a vision ring but I was definitely showing beautiful options and fell in love with my choice.

Samantha J was really nice and helpful! She showed me a Spider-Man charm that I ended up purchasing! I found the booklet also very helpful as well which she had given me.

It was very easy to describe what I wanted to get. The associate Yazmine was very helpful and helped me get the perfect gift for my mother.

I stumbled upon this relocation of the Pandora in the mall so I went in to ask if they still offered the jewelry cleaning services. Mariana was the associate that helped me and informed me that they did however, only during the weekday. I asked to look at a couple items from charms, bracelets and rings. She was amazing! She was able to help me out. Mariana was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to! I purchased a ring and I will definetly be coming back to make other purchases. Not only did I walk out happy with my purchase but I also left happy with the interaction I had with Mariana!

When I arrived, I was immediately greeted, and offered assistance. Mariana, helped me, showed me different items I might like, made suggestions for me, and was so pleasant to work with. Great experience. Also, the reason I marked highly unlikely to return to this Pandora store is because I live out of state. If I lived near by, this would definitely be my Pandora store of choice. So nice, refreshing to have such great customer service. Mariana was awesome.
