I was really satisfied by my visit. Veronica and Yazmin were extremely helpful. I went with my sister to get her jewelry cleaned up and I ended up with diamond earnings, my sister with a ring and bracelet. We did not planned to shopped anything but the ladies were so friendly that they answer all of our questions and really sold the products.

Cause the employees are always friendly. Because the employees are always kind. Because the employees are very respectful. And of course, polite. Her name is Jacky.

The sales person was amazing and she helped me pick out the perfect gift for my friend. Will be coming back to get more gifts for friends with the advice of this employee :)

Both associates were very kind and knowledgeable. Both associates suggested variety of options. I was allowed to look and try on a few items to make a solid decision & complete my purchase.

the friendly staff cleaned my bracelet for free, showed me charms and spacers and put the new items on my bracelet. She and her manager even showed me new charms that came in that day. they were both extremely helpful and friendly. I will be back to this store for sure. I love the quality and the staff
