Big O Tires

It was a weekend and the normal place I go and purchase tires was closing at noon and would not stay to fix my flatting tire. I tempered BIG O helped me once before so service was perfect and I believe I will purchase my next set of tires for my four vehicles here with Big O.

Did not wait at all. I was early and they took my car in right away. The price was excellent.

I called and they recommended the Big O tires which they had in stock. I drove to the location in Sevierville TN, the guys were super helpful and friendly. From the time I walked in the door they had my tires replaced and transaction final within 25 to 30 minutes. We will definitely be returning when we need tires for our other vehicles.

The care taken to be careful with my Viper was spot on. The quality of the facility was great! Communication was great. Customer for life and will pas it on to my friends.

I needed specialty tires. My options were clearly shown and explained. The tires were ordered and came in half the time I was quoted. The shop was spotless, and I watched the entire servicing. It was careful, professional, and timely.

Associate was very helpful and explained all aspects of the process. Service was great and quick.we will be returning to have other things done on the vehicle.
