Big O Tires

This is the first visit here. I had a flat tire and because I had no spare had my vehicle towed o your location. I did not have an appointment but was taken care of pretty quick with a short wait time. I was pleased. Thank you.

I have been to TWO Toyota dealerships and Five Oaks Tires (another local competitor) with the same issue of a speed wobble and have gotten no resolution. I've had the newer tires rotated and balanced and was told by all 3 places the wobble was due to my M/T tires on my offroad SUV. Well, Alex at Big O did a rotation and an ALIGNMENT and it now drives as straight as an arrow! The manager Jim brought us back to Alex while my vehicle was on the lift to discuss the recommendation and repairs and I felt informed and educated. They have earned my business on all of the cars in our household. I called back after leaving to thank them again.

Tires were needed on my vehicle and I called Big O and they were very helpful. I drove same morning over to their location in Sevierville and I was in and out within 2 hours. I'm very pleased!

We are from out of town and had a blow out up in the mountains. I contacted AAA to put spare on and they recommended Big O. I called and brought the car in and they had it done in less than 2 hours! This was important since we were leaving early the next day. These folks are great!!!!!!!!!

Amber made it an excellent experience. She was very knowledgeable and patient while working through an insurance claim for my tires. Would absolutely recommend this place to others.
