The staff was extremely professional and timely in getting my car in and out. It took just about an hour for the whole process which I was very pleased with!

The gentleman that helped me was so helpful. I listed the wrong model of my vehicle but he put in my spare for me while he ordered a new tire. I was leaving town the next morning and he did everything he could to get us in our way. The only reason I won't be returning is I was there on vacation.

I was greeted promptly and kindly upon arrival by Phillip (Phil) Mansfield! I expected the service to take about an hour and he assured me I would be in and out in less than that. Sure enough, it only took about 30 minutes start to finish. Great location, will definitely be back!!

I wanted Michelin Defender 2 tires on a 2010 Honda Civic. I already knew that they had to be ordered by checking their webpage. I stopped in, Shaun ordered them on a Saturday. He said they will be in on Monday. I happened to be passing by on Monday. Stopped in again. Jim said my Michelins have just arrived. He asked when do I want to have them installed? I asked if they can do it today. Done deal. Also performed a 4 wheel alignment. I had a great experience at Big O Tires in Sevierville, TN. Thank you!
