Treat your customers...especially women with respect not cussing them..I will bad mouth this place anytime I get the opportunity..the manager should have been fired on the spot

When the mechanic smashes your mirror, instead of taking the $100 tip tell the customer that he smashed your mirror! Take your time and don’t be in a rush!

The tech drained the transmisson instead of the oil and then overfilled the oil. I drove about 2 blocks and the transmission warning lights came on and the car was shutting down. They fixed the problem but they should have caught the problem before I left. Hopefully no damage was done to a new car with 5,000 miles on it. I got everything in writing before I left, just in case of a future problem. I did not get a refund , all I received was an apology.

The price of a basic oil change was outrageous I spent 129 bucks on it and the guy doing my tire rotation seemed as if he was struggling to use a battery operated impact gun took almost 45 mins to do a basic oil change and tire rotation
