Conventional oil change (used coupon) did not come with they typical extras like tire rotation, air pressure, fluid checks, etc. I watched while most of the service was performed and did not see any of these extras being done. Maybe I missed it, but it seems unlikely.

For 2 tires and an alignment I was charged over 500.00 which is the highest price in town. If my tires wasn't so bad I would've went some where else.

Tire was crazy expensive for just 1 since I had a screw in my other one sidewall. I have 4 Goodyears on order currently for my vehicle and that only cost 480. This tire with install was almost 200 dollars. And my car calls for a 215/55/16 93H, they put on a 97V instead. So my other 3 tires are H rated this one is V rated. I hope it doesn't throw off my driving

It was my wife’s vehicle being serviced. She uses quite a bit of washer fluid so I double checked that it was filled during the service. It was not…. Upon further inspection, the coolant was also not filled (it was right on the L mark in the tank). The manager was very apologetic and resolved it quickly and professionally . Once I got in the car, I found that the sticker that tells you when to get the next change had the current mileage written on it instead of the amount of mileage that it will need the next oil change. The unfortunate impact of all of this is that I question if anything else was missed.

It appears to me that the order taker didn't understand the request I asked for. Asked for oil change and tire rotation, but all I got is the oil change, no rotation or tire pressure check. I was not charged for that but did request it.

I understand mistakes happen, with the tire placed on wrong side/and end of car, but to be treated as an inconvenience, not apology for the mistake, as not fixing it that day, saying not one was there to fix it at 5:35, forcing me to be an hour late for work next day, was not good. Following day associate was nice, and the tire was changed.

Initially went in for a wheel alignment due to hard right pull. Was completed on 3/19/24 told alignment was good. Returned 2 days later as same issue of hard right pull that was supposed to be fixed on previous visit. Did another alignment and corrected what was supposedly fixed on previous visit. I’m still having the same issue as previous. After 2 attempts to fix I’m left wondering what is wrong with the alignment. Unsure if I should return for a third attempt. Approaching 30 days since last serviced.
