Upon driving away the tech indicated the "low tire pressure" message would stop after driving--it never did. Ultimately I performed a TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) recalibration to stop the warning message. Youtube helped me. Big O Tires should have known or suggested the recalibration was necessary.

The info on the web site doesn't come close to what is available at the dealer I went to. The web site information was wrong, misleading and false. The staff and service at the shop was excellent and they were very helpful. I do not live near the area and there are no shops near me so I can't recommend them to anyone and or be a return customer.

Paid $65.00 to have tires rotated and a screw removed from a tire. Most places that would be free or 1/2 that price. Will not be back..

Nothing was over the top, I got the service I as a paying customer should have gotten.

The alignment system could not align my older truck.

I had to wait an extra day for the tires to be ordered which interfered with something I had to do the next day. It took a little longer than I expected.

I was satisfied with Jim's communication and explanation of everything. He was friendly & helpful. The negative is that after installing 4 tires, every tire was inflated to 4 different sizes, as well as all of them were well over the required amount for my vehicle. I had to bring it back to get regulated. They did it but blamed it on the machinery. Interesting how the machine didn't work correctly the first time, but when I brought it back, it worked. But they had me in & out in a decent amount of time, even with the oil change. I, personally, think they forgot to regulate the psi's.

I was satisfied? no problems everyone was very nice! I think your prices are a little high but the staff has nothing to do with that!
