Big O Tires

My family was on vacation in pigeon Forge area. We needed an oil change. The line at Valvoline was very long. And we noticed there was no line at Big O tires. I called them and asked what the wait time was. They said none. I had called another place before and they said it was an hour wait. My family all waited for the oil change, because that was our only vehicle. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my young children. They even offered to turn on cartoons for them. The facility was very clean. The staff did a good job at trying to get us in and out and back to our vacation so thank you so much. The only reason I said, I would not recommend that facility is because I’m not from around there, I live in Ohio. But I will definitely recommend the company.

Our appointment was accidentally made at a BIg O in a town far away and our local Big O got us in at the same time on short notice and did all 4 tires before closing time.

We appreciated how well the staff helped us.

The owners and Staff were very accommodating and treated us with respect. I Love this place and will be bring all 16 of my Vehicles here for future services.

Big O Tires made an oil change very easy! I wasn’t sure if I needed an appointment, but I was happy to be taken in as a walk in.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes too automotive issues. They fixed my tires lighting quick and we’re extremely friendly in the process. I can’t recommend them enough.
