Big O Tires

I wanted a full set of specific tires. They ordered the tires at 8am when I came in and at 1100 the car was ready to be picked up.

The first time I came they surveyed and said I didn’t need service no charge on that visit which I appreciate and influenced my decision to come back and use them for service again.

They were accommodating to my problem. I took it in with a slow leak tire and it was not repairable with a nail in it close to the rim.

Only had the tires for one day but really like how they ride. Shaun was excellent with answers and finding tires that fit my needs. Highly satisfied with his knowledge of Big O products and services!

Schedule an appointment at another big o and they didn’t put it on the books. I called this store they said bring it right over. Had a camper on the truck wouldn’t fit in the bay. They did the oil change outside. Going above and beyond what was expected. I was traveling through from Alaska making it difficult to go back for the next service but will recommend them

We were on our way back from vacation and needed an emergency tire. We decided to get all 4 tires replaced. As a walk in, they did everything they could to get us back on the road quickly. Really satisfied!
