Big O Tires

Didn’t have an appointment and manager told me as long as I didn’t mind to wait a while he could get it done. I dropped my vehicle off expecting 6-8 hours considering they were booked with appointments. They got the job done in around 4 hours and done an excellent job!

Super friendly and good prices. And very knowledgeable on the tires they carried. Very helpful and didn’t try to upswell me

Very clean place with personable employees. I love the patch and plug method for repairing my tire. I also liked how they put floor Matt’s and bags over the seat so they don’t get any of the car dirty

Very friendly staff, they took my vehicle back the time it was scheduled. Finished quickly and wasn’t as expensive as other places.

Each time I bring a vehicle to this location I get top notch customer service. hopefully in the future you will have equipment that can do alignments on trucks with wide tires. This has been the only service I’ve found that y’all can’t do. I will continue to use Big O Tires for my vehicle repair and maintenance.

Excellent service technician! I spoke with Sean, brought it to my attention that the cabin filter needed to be replaced. It was disgusting looking, I just paid to have it replaced somewhere else, but was deceived.. it wasn’t replaced. Sean actually did the job right! I trust and will take all my future business to this location. Excellent service in and out less than an hour, 4 new tires and alignment! Drives great ….Thanks Guys!
