Very friendly staff - I love being able to make an appointment online. The location is also great because I can walk to Lowe’s to do some shopping.

Was in vacation and found a nail in a tire. Googled nearest tire location and luckily it was Big O's. The district manager on site was who helped and made what could have been a bad experience actually a very enjoyable visit . Great guy that was helpful and honest. Very positive experience.

On vacation when an unexpected tire issue arose on my rental car. They quickly checked me in and fixed the issue within a half hour to get me quickly back on the road! Fantastic customer service!

Staff was very friendly and explained my options. Waiting area was comfortable and wait wasn’t too long. I observed the staff assisting other customers and they were extremely helpful
