First, on line ability to schedule an appointment is a great idea and process Second the times I chose, 10:30-12:30 were met as my appointment was set for noon. Third, check in at the da iLife was quick and very prompt. And Adam the co-manager was quick to answer my questions regarding oil and such to be used. Waiting room and lobby was very clean Four, the service was very prompt and met my timing expectations. Five, I had a windshield wiper that I did not purchase there but that installed for me at no charge. Six, Mike the manager checked me out, made sure my discount was applied, reviewed things, processed my payment and all was done quickly and efficiently Fianlly, both Mike and Adam were polite and professional. They were thorough in all actions and transactions. A very pleasant experience on every aspect.

Staff was very helpful, I called at the last minute and was able to come in for brakes. they took me right in and got the brakes done in a timely manner. Only issue was no toilet paper in the Women's restroom, but the guy at the front desk apologized and quickly brought it to me.

I showed up on a busy Saturday morning with a sudden car problem. It was diagnosed and I was informed of cost quickly. I added on an additional service I'd been putting off and they were able to get all work done by lunchtime. They are always good at this location.

Chris provided friendly, professional service throughout the whole time. His explanations of recommendations were clear and helpful. Jeff provided my wife and me a ride home and a return to pick up our car after servicing. He was friendly and professional also. We stayed in the waiting room for the first half hour after dropping off our car. The waiting room could be more comfortable, and the bathrooms should be cleaner. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our experience.
