Price on the oil change seems to change from visit to visit. I also wasn't provided a mileage sticker showing when I need to bring the car back in for service.

They called in the morning stating they did not have the tires I set up an appointment for but they could LT version of the Cooper AT3's and I said yes that's ok. He did not state they were more expensive and I did not ask either. I assumed they were the same. After the tires were installed, the bill was $180 higher than the quote I was ready for. I understand it is a better tire but that was way over what I was expecting and nobody ever said anything.

When customer makes an appointment, the work should be completed within a couple hours. Especially just a rotation and alignment

Simple tire rotation took 2.5 hours. Individual working on tire rotation walked off and quit. Then I was told that the lug nuts all needed to be replaced. I feel the individual who walked off ruined the lug nuts, but I was charged to replace them. I have been taking to the Big O in Urbandale and never had an issue. I feel the individual who quit ruined the lug nuts because he didn't know what he was doing. My son brought the car in and did not know enough to challenge the charge. I am very disappointed.
