Big O Tires

I got recommended from my coworker that they had a great experience there. I called to make an appointment for my vehicle and they were very professional and friendly. There was no pressure. There was no rush. There was no lagging. Straight up to the point information and very professional.

Had a razor blade in my tire and they were able to help even though it was close to closing when I pulled up.

The manager on duty, Jody was very communicative and helpful with my needs. My situation was explained fully, and I walked out of there happy with the service provided.

Extra work was completed on my vehicle despite my written details on what I needed/could afford to have done today! The bill was double what it should have been for the work I asked to have done. Everyone's worst nightmare, right!? The front desk associate worked very hard to make things right with me, for their mistake. He went above and beyond to work with what had happened to me. I know if the Boss wasn't having a medical emergency, things would have been different and my request would have been in the system correctly. I appreciated the honesty and transparency about how the mistake was made, and what they did for me to make a big bill less painful for me. So thank you and I will continue to do business with Big O Tires.

Service was quick and helpful for what I needed

A previous shop had cross-threaded 8 of my wheel studs. The mechanic, Russ Watson suggested calling the other shop to seek reimbursement for the issue. After calling the other shop spoke with Russ to clarify the problem and they agreed to pay for half of the repairs. Outstanding customer service you can't find anymore!

I needed new tires fast and they did it with zero notice and were flexible with my work schedule. Very professional and helpful.
