I was so impressed with the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff. It was really busy when I was there (I waited for my car) and I noticed the manager, Shawn, took the time to explain everything to each person. He kept things moving in a great way. He explained my tire situation and gave me options for the future. I would definitely recommend.

We had purchased the tires in Oklahoma and everything that could go wrong did. When we needed our tires rotated and balanced we were VERY hesitant to visit another location. The Store Manager, Shawn Venenga not only apologized for our prior visit to Oklahoma but definitely made up for our previous visit with his fabulous customer service, communication and IOWA NICE personality! He made me feel very comfortable, appreciated us stopping by for service and made me feel wonderful leaving even though the services they performed on my vehicle were free!

I initially went to a local competitor for an oil change and tire repair. They did not explain the issue with the tire very well at all. I then went to another business very close to Big O and they didn’t act like they wanted my business so I left. I then went to Big O. They immediately serviced my vehicle, clearly explained the issue and showed me the cupping on my tires and the reason for the damage. Then when I scheduled the repair, they clearly appreciated my return and were thankful for my my business.

The manager and the service staff have been absolutely amazing. Your lead tec there is by far one of the best mechanics I’ve worked with. I honestly thing he needs a raise and a better title. Something that actually represents the level of skill he has and what he offers your business.
