I was greeted right away, my car was immediately taken in for service, and I was informed of a non urgent issue to monitor. I will be back.

Without an appointment they were able to look at my tire and patch it. They let me know the condition of my tire life and made recommendations on a new tire. I was not ready to buy that day and they were not pushy about the sale or anything.

It was quick and easy to get my appointment scheduled. The crew took good care of my car. They were personable, and the quality of their work was great!

The customer service was high level and the service was very quick! Products that were needed were readily available thus expediating the entire process.

The People working up front were the best. Great team you have in Ames.

Repair had some difficulty but they communicated and fixed it
