I like the staff the food is great and healthy it depend which location you go to , but this one is great

Missing the tackitoes

Chicken was dry and the restaurant was dirty.

Very disappointed with the service. My order was incorrect, which I did not find out till I got home. I ordered all white meat, did not get all white meat, but I was charge for all white meat. I ordered coleslaw, but was given Mac & cheese. I requested corn tortillas, but was given flour. When I called to complain, all I received was was a "oh sorry". No offer for a resolution. You need to train your management to handle mistakes. I am done with that location, which actually means that I am done with El Pollo Loco, because there is no other location near me!!!
