I think they were very good in taking care of my car and fixing it but I need to know if it is running in time.but I was very happy to date.but I will go to big o tires for my car.

I had an appointment and I thought it took to long for just an oil change and rotation.

I made my appointment, told them the tires I wanted but they were not on site when I arrived which extended the time I had to wait. Being efficient with service brings customers back, being inefficient makes them reconsider options.

When you get to store, there is no sign where to check in. Apparently, sales associate don't help out the team. A bit rude and didn't seem that the associate wanted to help. Other than that, the other two associates were awesome.

They took care of me right away and my car was ready when they said it would be.

i asked not to put the warranty on the purchase of the tires , yet they told me that in orde to get the "buy two tires and get two other free" i need it to purchsed also the warranty , they did not explained that it was not optional .

Staff was friendly. Just took longer than what I expected for service.

Just felt like pricing was too high for the service

I've bought tires before on my Ford ranger and wife's Honda CR-V. Before so just returning to continue.service with Big O Tires instead of other places that have done me wrong near by.
