Office clean, employees all in work attire, helpful staff

In the 1970's or 1980's I used your company. That is when you had your own brand of tires. I can't say that they were very good, but I liked your people. As time went by and moving to another area, I moved on to other sources. A few years ago, my daughter started using your services and she would always state how honest you were, when you serviced her vehicle. That rekindled my previous experience. I don't like the prices but with the economy being as it is, I am guessing that I wouldn't like the prices anywhere else, either. Your people definitely make the difference.

Service knowledge

The big things is the friendliness and communication that Anthony have. I've been coming to this location for years and have seen him those times. He has always been courteous and helpful.

I was informed about applying for Easy Pay, and I was approved to purchase my brakes.

Being able to work remotely, I did appreciate the desks and plug-in options available in the lobby to allow me to work there while my car was being serviced. The complimentary coffee and TV was nice too.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about recommending the right tire and service. Got a phone call the day before to confirm.
