The Service Manager went the full 9 yards to get me the best deal on my catalytic converter need. He made sure all related parts to a cat replacement were covered to insure a long life for a cat converter that is so expensive in California. The store has a well qualified team of mechanics that waste no time in expediting needed repairs.

The guys are very good at what they do. They explain everything clearly and the make over of the shop looks amazing!

Tony Garcia was extremely helpful. He checked out my car tires and told me what was needed. Since it cost more than I had to spend at that time he suggested alternative to paying cash then went in to assist me in obtaining that service. This enabled me to be able to buy tires and do other needed repairs. He also offered to provide a Lyft ride to wherever I needed to go rather than wait there at the shop. I chose to wait. He was very pleasant and professional during the entire purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I plan to have other services performed at Big O as a result of his attitude and service he provided. You need more employees like him. Great job!!
