Brendan was GREAT! He was personable, knowledgeable and made sure he explained everything thoroughly that I asked pertaining to my car. Because of him, I’m already planning to purchase more tires in a couple weeks and have them installed there as well. Customer service was great and I will definitely be back!

My battery died, they got me right in and totally honored the warranty completely no hassle.

He talked over my head. Said tire was a 4. I had no idea what he meant. I think they need to not speak to customers in industry language. In other words, dumb it down. I would also like to be given choices, options, not just the highest priced option available. My car does not need full synthetic oil. I also don't know when it is due to be changed again, since I always had regular oil in the past.

It was surprisingly expensive and the wait time was a bit long - they said their computer was a bit slow.

It just seemed to take a long time for them to check my tire. They asked me to come in at 3 but didn’t look at my tire until 4. But they didn’t charge me since it was a really simple fix that didn’t require any parts.

I checked in right at 7:30 am to have a tire patched and put back on my car. I left right at 8:45 am. This took one hour and fifteen minutes mainly because the tire tech did not show up, and eventually the manager had to do the tire repair. However, they kept me informed about why it was taking so long and I did really appreciate that.
