Well, the associate I spoke with to schedule the tire and alignment appointment for my daughter was very nice, helpful & informative of the tire choices & prices, and my daughter said that the associate that assisted her when she dropped her car off & picked it up, was very nice. Plus, the process of getting all new tires & an alignment, was very fast.

I came in on my spare tire as main had a large hunk of metal sticking out of it. Mark make it easily clear why the tire could not be patched. As I wanted the same or nearly same tire to replace, I knew price was going to hurt (it's the economy, not Big O). Good job by all and thanks.
