Big O Tires

I came in on my spare tire as main had a large hunk of metal sticking out of it. Mark make it easily clear why the tire could not be patched. As I wanted the same or nearly same tire to replace, I knew price was going to hurt (it's the economy, not Big O). Good job by all and thanks.

I came in with a slow leak in one tire. My preference was to have it repaired if possible. I was very happy they were able to repair it and not try to sell me new tires yet. That gives me trust in your service.

Your Team in Olathe,KS on blackbob, Did a great job. Oct 9th I had tirs and wheels put on my truck and the tire shop that did it put on the wrong lug nuts. Inadvertently ruining my wheels and lugs. This team worked fast and thorough. You guys have a full time customer from me and my family.
