Big O Tires

Check in the right vehicle and be finished around the time it was suppose to take.

A part was ordered for $40, I was charged $119. The part took 2 weeks to order because of the miscommunication. The part finally got ordered after I came into the store.

Get people who take pride in what they do. Shop was a disaster. Restroom was disgusting. Techs took way to many smoke breaks. Talking company business in front of customers. Service took over 4 hours.

I've been to other big o tires and will definitely go to them this one every one was on break it seemed like keep on going to have cigarettes going to there car for phone calls took over 2 hours after starting to replace my tires that's crazy I would have been better off getting used tires would have been cheaper and a whole lot faster like I said I have gotten good service at another big o just not this one

I was told it would take about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. it took 3 hours

Have them put the oil pan cover on right so it don't fly out from under the car and hit a truck

Better valued for the money spent. Very pricey.

This is the second time I have booked an appointment online where the staff seems surprised. Today, after driving 30 min for said appt, I was asked to reschedule because they were busy all day and the staff had yet to have a break. There always seems to be some kind of staffing issue here. Very disappointed.

When I make an appointment, and all bays are empty please change my oil and rotate my tires. If they were busy this is not a problem. Just no one was doing anything. And all bays were empty.

I came in my with new bronco to have an oil change, they put high mileage oil in it. It calls for full synthetic. Had to tell THEM it was wrong. It did get fixed however 2 hours for an oil change when I’m the only person here, is ridiculous
