The guys at the Hardinsburg Ky Big O were awesome on 3-18-24. I had a low tire light come on and they were so thorough in helping me get safely back on the road. At no charge. These guys deserve a raise! Wish I knew names but I didn’t get those unfortunately.

Big O Tires is the only tires I will buy. They back up their warrantees and do a great job.

Very friendly workers who were more than accommodating to get me to work and then come back and pick me up!

Had a flat tire and drove straight to the store and was greeted by a friendly and professional young lady at the customer service desk. With her knowledge and advice, I decided to go ahead and replace all 4-tires and get a front-end alignment. I was totally impressed with this young lady’s service and the technicians were great!
