was informed that i was going to be charged $200.00 just to change my brake pads for labor and sense i have done this myself for years was shocked at how much they were charging so i didn't have them do it m I did have two tires put on and an oil change that for some reason took 2 hours to do when it should have taken under an hour , they lost customers as i was waiting for my car to be done m one customer wanted an oil change and his tires rotated and the charge was going to be over 200.00 dollars and the customer asked why this would be and they said it was a corporate way of doing things and that's the cost, this was a man who came in as a regular of the old owner and now will go somewhere else as i too ,must find someone who wont take food out of my families mouth on a simple project I am just to weak from my chemo treatments to do them but i'll be damned if i will be robbed because of it , i thought something was up after i was scheduled the same day to come in as it would have been days ahead because they are so busy but all the bays were empty and i wondered why but blew it off , sure found out when i came in. this is a small county a Farming community not New York.

A part was ordered for $40, I was charged $119. The part took 2 weeks to order because of the miscommunication. The part finally got ordered after I came into the store.

Get people who take pride in what they do. Shop was a disaster. Restroom was disgusting. Techs took way to many smoke breaks. Talking company business in front of customers. Service took over 4 hours.
