My gal Jordan is gone again. For the last year it's always someone different working the front. And be honest half the girls that u have working doesn't have a clue. Or in the back where ppl working to busy flirting then doing there job. Not this time but the previous time I was there.

Had to take my truck to another big o. My alignment and tire balance was not right

I checked online if BigO's gave a military discount and I saw they did offer a 10-20% discount. When I received my bill I see they only gave me $50.00 off a $800.00+ invoice. That's not even 10% but thank you for at least giving me that!

Tire pressure reading and oil change needed not reset. Will have to drive another 40 miles to come back in to get reset.

Changed my oil quickly

Because know is perfect. And there’s always room for improvement.
